coconut cream nutritional info

So my new best friend is coconut cream (made by taking full-fat coconut milk, putting in the fridge to separate, and then scooping out the luscious goodness that is the cream). However, I can't find any nutritional info that takes into account the removal of the water when measuring my serving. Any help? thx.

Coconut CREAM is available at my local grocers. It is just the cream. This link should provide the nutrients/calories.

Aroy-D is a shelf stable brand of coconut cream that I get off Amazon sometimes... It comes in a 33 oz carton. It's VERY lwo carb friendly...
