i need help, maybe like a sample menu

I am a little discouraged, I have done everything I know how to drop off the pound, but nothing is happing
I think I am eating the right things, but in the wrong way, for instance in the morning I will have a smoothie with
fresh fruit like blueberries ,banana, strawberries, carrots, spinach and honey.

then 2 or 3 hrs later maybe a bowl of cereal
for lunch salad, chicken,
then dinner

then I will work out

I don't understand

any suggestions please
