    Exercise OK and had a good time wandering around a local market. Over on calories again today, but determined to get back on track tomorrow and have a good solid few weeks until we go out for Easter Sunday lunch at a local restaurant.

    If you just eat one waffle and are careful about what you put on it, you can still meet the UAC rules.
    ... I've followed that "one waffle" rule in the past. I usually use no butter on the waffle and a minimal amount of pure maple syrup. I don't have a waffle very often because one waffle is more calories and less nutrition than my usual porridge concoction. Nice to indulge with grandchildren on occasion, though. My routine breakfast makes for a boring morning meal day after day...but easy to log with the MFP Quick Tools-Copy Yesterday.

    My family loves when I make waffles. I do use flour that I mill fresh from organic wheat grain. The calories are still there, but it gets a little more fiber and nutrition and, like w8goal4life, we use the pure maple syrup. I also love to add some blueberries into the batter. All this talk of waffles, I think I will be making some for the family next Saturday!

    @lemmyhead and @holly, hope you both feel better soon! It's been a tough flu/cold year, but it eventually passes.
    @amichele, those long shifts on the floor are exhausting. Hope you can engage in some good self-care, you deserve it!
