    Made it! My exercise time got bumped to go help my daughter by cleaning horse stalls for an hour (not sweaty but good useful exercise) then a friend called for me to join her for a workout, so it all worked out

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES. Both heavy lifting for work- 1/2 hour or more. And intentional abs workout and stretching video
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes- best I could tell. I forgot to order my lunchtime wrap with NO SAUCE. of course the person who made it doesn’t believe you should actually taste the rest of the ingredients. I was squeezing the gorp out of that wrap! Yuck! But my exercises kept me a couple hundred under for good measure.

    Went to a birthday party and I have couldn't track everything I ate there. This will be my pass day 1. A bit disappointed in myself. Let's hope tomorrow is a better day.

    Impromptu 5 miler this morning at The Wetlands. It was a lovely way to start the day, I’m feeling very blessed right now.

    Here’s a picture. You can see the LV Strip with Mount Charleston in the background, Mt Charleston still has snow on it. Down here in the flatlands, we have over 70 degrees every day for the next two weeks…

    Oh man! I almost went off the tracks today.
    Tracking keeps me honest? I was tired from two big days of pushing past my hiking comfort zone and I got lax. Tracking works best when it is done very near the time that you consume something. I did not do that until evening. My 3 mile hike saved me.
    Calories: under my limit by a close margin
    Exercise: good
    Tracking: done late and needs improvement

    @craigo3154, thanks for the tips on maintenance, I crept up two pounds over, just peeled one off and one to go. I can see that if I didn't stay on top of this, my weight would shoot right back up. It always does.

    I'm good today, yes x 3. I did bench and rows, then went ballroom dancing which was strange, but really fun.
