@RangerRickL Cute couple!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Impromptu 5 miler this morning at The Wetlands. It was a lovely way to start the day, I’m feeling very blessed right now.
Here’s a picture. You can see the LV Strip with Mount Charleston in the background, Mt Charleston still has snow on it. Down here in the flatlands, we have over 70 degrees every day for the next two weeks…

Exercise: yes (somehow managed to fit in a cross training class, yoga, and a walk today!)
Calories: yes, under more than usual
Tracked: yes0 -
Oh man! I almost went off the tracks today.
Tracking keeps me honest? I was tired from two big days of pushing past my hiking comfort zone and I got lax. Tracking works best when it is done very near the time that you consume something. I did not do that until evening. My 3 mile hike saved me.
Calories: under my limit by a close margin
Exercise: good
Tracking: done late and needs improvement1 -
February 2nd: Just about managed 20 minute walk, so
Exercise : Yes
Calories : Yes,
stayed under, to my amazement, in spite of the whisky and the icecream. The whisky is now finished and will be off the menu this month!
Tracking: Yes,
tracked it all. Still not feeling brilliant, but long walk in the wetlands nearby with a couple of friends should help ...1 -

@RangerRickL, I love the pic of you and your wife
@craigo3154, thanks for the tips on maintenance, I crept up two pounds over, just peeled one off and one to go. I can see that if I didn't stay on top of this, my weight would shoot right back up. It always does.
I'm good today, yes x 3. I did bench and rows, then went ballroom dancing which was strange, but really fun.0 -

@Anya_000. Maintenance is harder than losing as you are not trying to hit a goal but more stay on top of it.
I feel it's like a bird landing on a branch in gusty wind. Hitting the goal is hard however you can see it coming (you know about the wind and can adjust for it in flight). However, hanging on once you get there is harder as you cannot see the wind. The longer you are there the easier it gets, but initially it is very difficult.1 -
Pass Day 2 for me. Still in Transit.0
