Fitness Trackers- What are you using?

So, I wanted to get everyone's take on fitness trackers. I started off with a $25 no name tracker from Amazon. It didn't do a whole lot but it really helped me start gauging my activity levels. As a beginner you won't believe how much just getting 10,000 steps a day can help you lose weight and improve your overhaul health.
I upgraded from my cheap Amazon tracker to the FitBit HR Chage 2, and then again, to a polar m430 with built in GPS. I like my Fitbit. It looks nice, the app is very user friendly and it does a decent job measuring my activity levels, sleep and HR. However, I found myself wanting the ability to more accurately measure my HR during Zone Training Sessions. Also, I don't like carrying my phone while I exercise, so the built in GPS was a big selling point for me on the Polar watch.
The workout programs and data tracking of the Polar m430 are amazing. It's not a great looking watch and has find of 1990's feel to it with no touchscreen and monochrome display, but the features more than make up for that.
What tracker are you using? Do you like it, love or hate it? Not using a tracker yet? Tell the group a little about your goals and we can help you choose the right one for you.

I have a FitBit, but my boyfriend uses the Garmin. It truly depends on what you are wanting it for. I am not a fan of FitBit because I think its too much info for me and I wonder about the accuracy as I believe the heart rate is not a true monitor. However, Ed's Garmin, spot on and it does a LOT for him! Hope this helps.
I am just going to track my times and use my good ol' pedometer if I want to track steps. But even so, I am bringing my under the desk bicycle this week to work to see if I can stay consistent with doing some activity every 30 mins. A new article in Fitness magazine states that (and I am sure you all know this) sitting is the new smoking so I am going to do my best to not do that anymore. Hope this gives some insight.0 -
Ya, the inconsistent HR monitor was my biggest issue with Fitbit. I have to get one of those desk bikes. Ross has one and you hear him pedaling away all the time. What a great way to stay active while sitting at the desk.0

I love my garmin Vivoactive HR, but I do question the heart rate every once in awhile. I just did a system update and it seems to be working much better. I did see they have a new vivo out and it looks awesome. Didn’t see a price at Sams.
They only bad thing I noticed is the steps aren’t always accurate. When I move faster I seem to lose steps. I can vouch for it not tracking steps that you don’t take (like the older ft bits). No moving your arm on the couch to get to your 10,000 with this one.0
