To help newcomers to LCHF way of eating, I thought it would be beneficial to share stats and macros. Here are mine: male, age 60, 278 lbs (target is 190) and macros 1785 total calories; 20g C, 145g F, 100g P.

Female 64. ~1500 calories. Carb ~50 grams and fat and protein around a hundred each. I really monitor only carbs and calories and let fat and protein fall where they may. They balance out. Some times I want a piece of fish and sometimes I want a Snickers fat bomb. I've been maintaining for a few years and lost via low carb.2

20 carb, 100 protein, 100 fat
That's about 5%, 30%, 65%2 -
strength days: 2230 cal, 112 carbs, 112 protein
rest days: 1339 cal, 25 carbs, 112 protein0
