Back on the plan. 16lbs to go. Fat lost since June 2015 is 85 lbs.
Anyone lifting heavy? Let me know your progress and cardio exercises too.

I'm back on the plan...had to stop working out due to no energy. Missing my HIIT classes and kickboxing and feeling flabby. Been walking and riding bike but thats about it. What have you been doing?0
