Right combos?

:bigsmile: I want to build lean muscle, and shed fat what should I be eating?
Ok I don't think i am eating that bad, but i have no idea of what I should be getting in .. like how much proteins, carbs etc.
Please can someone help me?
My weekly diet:
07:00 - Oats, plain and unsalted
10:00 - Celery or fruit
12:00 - Either chicken or meal replacement
15:00 - Boiled egg, raw veggies or something like that
18:00 - Salad (with chicken, nuts or something filling) or Fillet

What should I change or is it ok ? I generally workout 4-5 times a week.
