Hi Jim,
I've been watching your progress on WW and now on 376 when I cruise by. I was just wondering how you are doing on your journey. I haven't managed to catch an update lately.

    I had s discussion on my GW with the WW clerk today. My PCP had suggested 179 for healthy BMI, WW rep said I could set it at 185. I plan to set GW and make Lifetime this year!
