Hello. Sort of new. I signed up a while ago and promptly left it to the side. I am looking for friends who have a lot to lose or have lost a lot to help me stay motivated and remind me that I can do this. I have a lot of issues health and other that can be very distracting but also a good reminder to stay on track if I can use the problems properly. Anyone wanna add me and be friends lol.

    Feel free to add me. I don't track, though. I'm more of an "eat-when-I-am-hungry" low-carber. I trust that my body will keep the calories at the right amounts, as long as I keep the carbs out. It works for me.

    You can add me as well. Ive only been doing low carb for less than a month but I feel good about the changes I am making.

    Feel free to add me. Logging in here as much as I can last year helped me lose almost 40 pounds in 4-5 months. And I kept it off without doing much until a couple of months ago. So I'm back here. A lot of great advice and support here that will help you stay on track -- this wasn't my experience with the rest of the forums on the mfp. I wish I got here years ago when I first signed up.
