so I was looking forward to doing my workout last night and didn't get to do it since I had gotten sick earlier that morning I did do zumba but still feel bad I couldn't do day 4 so should I start all over again ? or just do 29 days?

dont give up, no need to start all over!
just do an extra day at the end of your week one! JM says anyway that you can take a day off on her video instructions (I hope I didnt dream that :laugh:
But you are ahead, you still managed to do zumba!!!!

I'm planning on taking Sunday off each week just because I quite simply can't fit any block of time in my schedule on Sundays to do any working out at all.
I say pretend day five is day four and push forward like you never missed a day. (Just don't make it a habit)0 -
