favorite post workout snack?

what is your favorite post workout snack or meal? i try to stick with protein and a serving of carbs. today, i had 1/2 a can of tuna in olive oil and 1/2 a banana, but am looking for new ideas!

    I like to drink my protein after a workout, so I go off the paleo path with some good whey protein, organic cocao, and coconut water.

    One of my all-time favs is cashews and cherry tomatoes! 1 ounce of each. Gets me through until I can make some dinner and it's so refreshing and satisfying at the same time!

    My runs typically fall pretty close to a meal, but I'm always happy to down a big spoonful of almond butter while I'm prepping.

    I do protein powder and some fruit, usually a banana. Ran out of bananas, so today was protein powder and a couple of dates. It works!

    Usually nothing, though sometimes a chocolate bar - I just eat big dinners and hit my macro goal for the day, the whole post-workout thing is way overblown.

    That said, I have been enjoying some of these after a workout lately:
