    Hello and welcome!

You can’t spot reduce fat. There is no way to ensue that you lose weight/fat directly from your belly.

As you lose weight and your body fat reduces overall, some of that will come from your belly. There’s no telling what part of your body will lose fat quicker or slower, although many women unfortunately lose belly fat slowly.

In addition to your calorie deficit to lose weight/fat, you can also exercise. Core exercises will not make you lose fat more quickly from your belly; but what they will do is strengthen your core and help retain muscle. It won’t really be evident at first, because muscle sits underneath fat, but as your body fat reduces, it will be more evident.

Actually, belly fat - also called visceral fat is reduced very successfully by going low-carb or even keto. If you carry weight in your middle, you could do a six week "carb fast" and possibly see a real reduction in inches in your middle. You can do internet searches on Drs' Eades - they have several books about keeping down your ratio of visceral fat. They key is to learn about balanced eating - eating good carbs with lots of fiber and nutrition in them, instead of sugary, starchy foods, so that once you lose those inches, you can keep them off and still enjoy a satisfying lifelong way to eat.
