    Although I was quiet sick last week and had little or no exercise, so I'm guessing that the 1.3lb lost this week isn't a true trend... hopefully next week won't see a big jump!!

    Solid week! Avoided the temptations for the most part this past weekend and over Valentine’s Day and it paid off.

    Finally I went down. I was certain I would not give up, but for a while when the scale wasn't moving I was feeling pretty bad about myself. It seems I'm over it and the scale is showing. Have a great weekend everyone!

    no loss this week, which is not surprising as I had 4 nights of socializing, including beers and burgers. . .kept within my calories but that was including eating back much mor exercise calories than I typically do
