Goal Weight

I have been on MFP for several years, and while I've had some success, it has been hit and miss. The lowest my weight has been in decades was several years ago when my wife and I did the HTC diet. I would not recommend it at all. Yes, I lost quite a bit of weight, but I also lost muscle/lean body mass. And the weight came back fairly quickly. I have had the same initial goal weight for some time, and could never quite get there. Today, after two weeks on Keto, I dropped .2 pounds below my initial goal weight! I've lost just over 13 pounds in the past two weeks on Keto, and it really is not a struggle at all! In fact, the only struggle I've had so far is ensuring I get ALL of my macros in! Anyway, I reset my goal weight by another 25 pounds. I should hit that before summer, if all goes as planned.

I gained one pound this week, although I felt like I had followed my macros closely all week. I need to go back and review my week to see where I may have slipped up. I've only been at this for 4 weeks, and I have lost 16 pounds, but I do not like seeing the scale go up! BTW, I am following the keto program found on Common Sense Keto FB group. Not all Keto plans are the same, although the end goal is.0

@adowns111 - I apologize, I just saw your response. My food diary on here is open, although it is just a close approximation of what I ate. I actually use this site for planning and logging: www.fatsecret.com. My daily macros are:
Total Calories: 2674
Carbs: 30g...120 cals
Protein: 85g...340 cals
Fat: 246g...2214 cals
A typical day would be:
Breakfast:
3 scrambled eggs in 1 tbsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 slices of Thick Cut Bacon
or
Bulletproof Coffee
1 cup black coffee
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
whipped together with a blender
Lunch:
2 ounces Salami
1 dill pickle spear
10 Kalamata Olives
3 ounces Boursin Cheese
Dinner:
6 ounces Ground Bison
1/2 Zucchini sauteed in 1 tbsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
Snacks:
3 Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
10 Macadamia Nuts
