75% of my MFP pals are all eating at BMR, cardioaholics and honestly fillling up my news feed with updates that are a trigger for me to fall in my old ways.
I am 37 mom of two loves to lift, bike and run. I am 5'5 size 12 was a size 18 weigh somewhere in the 180s from 225lbs. I consume 2500 calories (give or take) lift 3xweek and distance run on Sundays.

I just got done with my reset and am in my cut right now. I'm aiming for 1950 a day. Not sure if that's too little for you or if you'll still have me, but once I get to goal weight/ body composition I plan on beefing that up quite a bit.0
