Tomorrow kicks off my birthday celebrations (birthday is Friday), with a friend coming from out of town that I do not see very often and we are going out for dinner.

I am a super fast eater and always trying to slow down too! At work it is a losing battle, but at home I am making more of an effort.0 -

I am also a very fast eater. Eating slowly is one of my goals I have to achieve before surgery, it is very hard to slow down0 -
