Hey Folks!

Just wanted to hit on some common things I saw throughout the week in food logs.
- KEEP TRACKING YOUR FOOD. I know it's sort of a pain and it takes time that no one has, but it is SO HELPFUL. It keeps you on track, and if you come to any of us with a question, we have a really critical resource to help us give useful advice.
- FRUITS AND VEGGIES! Don't start slacking in these! They are so so SO important for your body and will make a big difference in your logs. They will fill you up and contribute fewer calories than most snack foods.
