I am posting this now since tomorrow's Saturday so you can all check in while I'm sleeping in in case I'm up late. I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! Tomorrow will be a rest day.

10 crunches

10 leg raises

13s plank

    OK. I just did:

    plank -10 second

    bicycle crunches-12

    regular crunches-12

    vertical crunches 12

    I might try to do another set of them all tonight before bed too :)

    Here I am, finally awake! So excited to see all of your faces here. Day 3 is admittedly still in the works. Still have my situps left but they will be done shortly!! I hope everyone is enjoy their Saturdays! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    I can't believe I found this group on MyFitness!!! I saw this ab challenge of Pinterest, and my boyfriend and I started on the 1st! I didn't get a chance to do Day 3 because I have been at the ICU with my Grandmother, Mother and Aunties, but I am going to do Day 3 on the Rest day (Day 4) to make up for it.

    Anyway, I am excited to check in daily =) I hope to make some friends!

    Did Day 3 today since I wasn't able to do yesterday -

    not able to do 25 sit ups at one time - breaking it up.

    Completed today's challenge of 25 situps, 10 leg raises, 10 crunches and 15s planks! Did 20 setups (to exhaustion) then the rest and finished up with the last 5 situp!
