Hi everyone (who is here so far)! Thank you, Andrew, for setting this up. I think this will be a great place to connect.
I just finished trackers from last week. Already seeing some success. I'm impressed! Next week we will talk about ways to eat less fat. Some common "heavy-hitters" for the group last week were... dressings and condiments, meats, biscuits, burgers, pizzas and chips. If you struggle with these, you are not alone! Give some thought to substitutions and bring those ideas to Session 3.
