How do you stay motivated?

I need some help ladies!!! I go to bed and wake up saying I'm going to eat clean but as soon as I pass a burger joint or someone offers me a cookie, I lose my damn mind and ALWAYS accept. How do you remember to stay on track?

I stay motivated by putting fitness models all over my phone screen (some of my colleagues think I am a lesbian into some crazy fitness fetishism , lol!), by scrolling through my "motivational pics" album, day & night. Because I need to be obsessed to keep the motivation alive. Zig Ziglar said "people say that motivation doesn't last, but so does bathing. That's why we recommend it daily". I keep envisioning myself in a sexy bikini or a killer dress, I know EXACTLY what I will look like lol! I can see myself in 3 months, and 3 months to fix a lifetime of mistakes and bad choices is a great deal for me!
Keep a food journal, I felt so bad when I had to write down "sausages" or "fries" and that feeling is enough to get you even more demotivated. Don't listen to that voice "one cookie won't make you fat, you can have a treat today! Since you are having a cookie, order some soda too, you deserve it sweet pie!".
Find some pictures to motivate you and keep your mind focused.
An other thing that I am successfully doing is saying "No, thanks" to ANYTHING and ANYONE. Don't even take the time to analyse if the food is ok or not, I just say no. I eat every 3 hours, I am never full and never hungry, I should not binge or accept food from people.
Also, read how bad junk food is for the body, once you REALLY know I promise you you won't be wanting the burgers and cookies anymore.
If you want you CAN have one cheat meal (cheat meal, not cheat day though ) in a week where you could have anything you want, it's good for the mind.
I am so obsessed and determined that for me being demotivated is not an option, not this time. Good luck!0
