Question about fat bombs

Can you use vegetable or canola oil? I'm almost out of coconut oil and can't afford to get more right now.

    Coconut oil is solid at room temp, whereas these are liquids. I'm guessing you would not get a good result with this substitution. Butter might work though. .

    Oh yea. Forgot about that. lol. I guess just butter would work better. Thanks!

    Butter will work fine. I would not use vegetable or canola oil.

    Butter, or I've also used cream cheese - if you have a way to keep it chilled. There is 1 carb in a 1oz serving, though.
