Hi, I have had a few drinks tonight gin & tonic light and a small glass of red wine. Have I been really bad?

Tonic is completely full of sugar.
Try club soda instead.1 -
This is a lifestyle for me, and occasional drinks are a part of my life. I choose gin + club soda (tonic has sugar, diet tonic has aspartame). When drinking wine I choose the dryest wine possible.
I try not to equate eating and drinking with "being good" or "being bad." It creates hard feelings where food choices are tied to self worth. Instead I try to see it as making healthier choices or less healthy choices. I do my best to make healthier choices the majority of the time. I hope this helps5 -
Thanks for the advice, I know where to adjust my order now when it comes going out. X0

Knob Creek has been good to me since getting on keto.1

Remember to get plenty of water/electrolytes any time you drink, 1:1 to volume of amount consumed... And also remember to consume less alcohol, as the way your metabolism is changing, you'll be more of a "light weight" drinker from here on...(with rare exception)...1

me: I'm a 'rare exception' !! Not sure if glad or mad!1

You can bring Mio with you, or diet ginger ale, coke zero. Eventually, the hard stuff will begin to taste sweet on its own! On the rocks with a lime0
