Does dark leafy greens really count on your carb intake even though it’s fibrous? Seems crazy to me. I usually like to eat 2-3 cups at a time with some protein and healthy fat.
Do I subtract fiber from that? If I did then it would only be like 1 carb. Wish the counter on here did it for you.
Are you counting calories or grams? Thx

nice, I just add fiber to my list and put it next to carbs...doesn't bother me to see carbs red if I can verify it's fiber5
