20-25g of carbs

How do stay on only 20-25g of carbs? I'm always far more than that and it has started to get frustrating :-(

    U may need to eat a bigger portion of protein or increase fat is u are eating too many vegetables because ur still hungry.

    Are you subtracting your fiber intake from your carbs?

    Mhm, depends all on how and what you eat. For example, usualy I eat a lot for brekfest, ( I'm a vegeterian, so I eat eggs, cheese, mybe some paprika or tofu, all of these coocked on butter 30-60 gramms of it.) I eat that much, that I'm not hungry almost for all day, and the carb intake on brekfeast is low. For dinner or late lunch I have some vegetebles, ( green one or some brokoli, flowers, spinach ) all cooked on steam and than "retouched" in coocking pan, with butter. Mybe some fullfat cheese, olives, majonese... At the end of the day many times I have my carb intake lower that 20g. Well depend on the day. I'm trying to keep my carbs lower than 20g at least 3-4 days a week, the other ones "I Cheat" and have a little higher intake, but rarley higher than 30g
    If I eat a lot for brekfeast and for dinner I am not hungry, mybe someday i drink a coffe with some butter in it or smtng like that. And I am full for a long time. If I eat enough for brekfeast, I am not hugry for dinner, but I must eat so I reach the minumum of my daily calore intake.
