Hi all!!

Newbie here, just starting the 21 Day Fix, Day 2 for me, Upper Body Fix.

Would love some friends doing the same as me.

Ps - NOT doing the Nutrition Plan yet, also not a huge fan of shakes and supplements.

    I started the workouts yesterday, so today is my Day 2. I'm also doing my own nutrition plan because I don't have the 21-day fix containers yet- just as easy to track calories in the MFP app. I tried the Shakeology stuff a few years ago- they were fine in a pinch but too expensive... Good luck!!

    How do you all log the 21 day fix into the exercise section. I did the upper fix and I'm not sure what to put for it. Thanks

    I just started my second week. Total Body Cardio today. Hardest workout for me. I am new to MFP.

    Hi, is this group still active?
    I am on my 3rd week (day 16) <again>. I did this program about a year and half ago and lost 30 pounds {should have stuck with it}

    I did 21 day fix the original, then 21 day fix real time. I’m currently doing 21 day fix extreme real time.

    I did day 2 of the 21 day fix!! I’m building up towards eventually doing P90X3
