I lost one pound. That put me at a New Low of 187! Three pounds away from my WW GW.
That one pound loss also means I lost the 3.8# I gained in January.
A big gain put things in a new perspective for me. I had to “learn” that Zero Point turkey chili has calories.
I tried drinking the Freestyle Kool Aid but had to admit to myself that eating too much of ANYTHING is not acceptable.
After five years I knew better but man that chili was tasty!1 -

You aren't the first person I've heard to say that about "Freestyle". Fortunately, you've been around long enough to understand it. I have three other friends who joined WW the first of the year and all three of them have gained weight since then. And each time one of them has b*tched to me about it, I've asked "so how much of the 'free' foods are you eating? Because NOTHING comes without a price." One of them was very offended by my reply and responded, "Well my leader told me we could eat all we wanted of those foods because no one got fat by eating those foods." To which I replied, "Well, your leader is wrong."
Do I believe that's what the leader really said? Probably not. Do I believe this is what the member HEARD? Probably.

These days Any WI results that have a minus sign are a WIN for me. After my +3.8 in January I’m relishing any loss.
