Week 1 - (2/19 - 2/25) Challenges

1. Track meals every single day! You do not have to post it here, just let us know that you completed this challenge.

2. Track your steps. I use Pacer and I have an iPhone and an Apple Watch. Just let us know if you tracked your steps.

3. Set a calorie goal for the week. You should do what you’re comfortable with and what is healthy for YOU. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not feel obligated to do this.

And those are our first challenges. Please choose 1 to do this week!

    The challenge I've been doing this week is tracking my steps. I've put in over 10K almost every day this week! I used to only get 3K-6K. I have to get up earlier to walk on the treadmill, but it has given me more energy to manage my classes! Which is always what us teachers need - ENERGY!!!

    I have logged all my food this week and stayed within my calorie goals.

    I wear a Fitbit and track my steps but with my current ankle issues trying to stay under 5000 steps per Dr and sit as much as possible. My juniors and seniors have been a huge help. My freshman an sophomores, not so much.

    My personal challenge to myself this week was to find a chair workout and try it. Did one this morning but it wasn’t a great fit. So repeating for next week.
