What's the difference between Focus T 25 Basic package and Focus T 25 Deluxe DVD's package( Gamma Phase)??

    I do believe the Gamma has the weight lifting!
    When I ordered it was not even offered or I would have invested in it too!

    And it's cheaper. This was the email I got off Beachbody

    The cost of Focus T 25 Basic package is £99.00 + £ 6.95 (P&P)

    The cost of Focus T 25 Deluxe DVD's package( Gamma Phase) is £59.85 + £6.55 (P&P)

    Unless that is the cost of the Gamma phase alone?

    The discription on my order receipt says T25 DVD Pkg w/TBB Bonus Workout and Free S+H NF. I ordered through BeachBody, was not offered GAMA and still it cost me $119.85 .

    From what I've gathered, there are a few differences between the Gamma package and the basic package that we all got....

    Gamma is cheaper because its only that phase (not Alpha and Beta) AND it has weight lifting unlike Alpha and Beta... basically T25 has month one (alpha) and month two (beta) Gamma would be the bonus third month for extra toning.
