different c25k programs, what's yours like?

My program sets the following top jogging lengths: W1 45 SEC, W2 90 SEC, W3 3 MIN, W4 6 MIN, W5 10 MIN (W5D3), W6 20 min (W6D3), W7 22Min, W8 30min.

I've only done week one so far and it was 60 run 90 walk after a five minute warm up walk....week 2 is 90 sec run and 2 min walk i believe...haven't checked further yet...i am doing runner for life0
