through intermittent fasting. happy bout that - but - i have one of those scales that measurers bodyfat and it shows i lost ten pounds of fat and ten pounds of muscle. NOT happy about that.

I think my mistake was in continuing cardio but cutting way back on my strength training. Looking for thoughts of insights...

    I know you posted this a while ago but just now seeing it. I wouldn't put too much stock into what the scale says about fat or muscle loss. Those scales haven't been found to be the most accurate indicators of how much fat and muscle we actually have. That being said, if you want more muscle, i think you need to focus on strength training.
