Sunday Sunday Sunday. Cook, chop, separate, package. Boom now I have portable premade meals with my exact macros ready to go where ever and whenever. This week. Cayenne chicken breast, Jasmine rice and green beans. Half cup of oats in the am with local honey. Tuna or turkey on whole wheat for lunch and rice cakes and jerky for snacks.
