I still need to lose 38kg from now on.

I am 5 ft 11 inch 22 year old male. I completed my college. I have a job in hand to join next February. So i want to appear smart and it also improve my health.
I need help in losing 2 kg a week.
So 8 kg a month and 32 kg in total for next 4 months.

I was 114.5 kg when i started and now am 103 kg. :smile:

I am from INDIA. Rice is my staple food. Just cannot avoid it. But i have reduced consuming it in the past 2months.
Provide me diet plan that is high protein and low carbohydrates.
I never eat fruits. :grumble: So please suggest veggies eggs and meat.

    I'm from a country where grains are the staple. And eating more protein (meat) is very hard to do. 32kg in 4 months, I'm not an expert but I'm not sure that doable in that amount of time. You need to review your goals. Maybe half that is doabl. I can't provide you with a plan, but wish you all the best.
