Good pace walk today. Weighed in light this morning (still over 64kg, but not by much).
Busy day with work. Looking forward to Easter long weekend.
Still here. Still in running for circle again this month. Only 2 pass days used so far this month. Cannot see me missing both tomorrow and Saturday, so 99% sure of making it (again).

Yes x 3 today. Spent 45 minutes out in the woods on snowshoes - I was hoping to be able to walk just in boots, but no. Soon! It was beautiful though - so many animal tracks and the two streams on our land are flowing now as everything melts. I would have gone longer but I got hungry and shaky - should have brought a snack. Even though the snow is less deep it's still intense up all the hills.3

My report:
This was an excellent day and week for me.
Exercise: 53 minutes of cardio/strength including my best ever jump rope results; in addition, my pushup repetitions were not the highest ever, but they were the highest this year.
Calories: under significantly
Tracking: ok3 -
Yes x 3 been doing a lot of spring cleaning and went for a walk too. I am determined to make it in the winners circle!4

This month I didn’t drop a ton of weight but I lost 5 inches and I’ll take that too!
