British summer time has officially arrived in UK, snow forecast for Friday...
Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 32 min yoga, 30 min walk outside, 60 min cleaning

Yes x 3 for today. Trying to up my protein and cut back on carbs. Exercise was just lots of walking at work. A colleague got married at the weekend and brought in some wedding cake to work. When the bride personally hands you a slice looking so excited about sharing part of their special day and expectantly to see your reaction to its taste it it doesn't seem the time or place to say "no thanks/I'm counting my calories/I'm cutting back on carbs"... so I had some and logged it.5

Yes. Track in the morning and on my feet more than usual. 15k steps

Low impact aerobics, again, today. Tracked. Within calorie budget, but will be eating back exercise calories to adjust for minor weight changes. Attempting to keep within a ±3 pound range for maintenance, so always tweaking with minor adjustments.4

The past couple weeks have been a little difficult but am starting to feel like myself again, so checking in today in prep for trying again in April!

Yesterday there was an election for the administration of alumni association of my university. So I travelled somewhat a long road to vote. In the evening there were celebrations and a feast. Probably menaged to stay in my calorie budget. But I didn't track nor had any exercise. So finally a pass day for me.
Today passed mostly on the road. So I had little opportunity to eat and sleep. As a result I'm under my calorie limit more than usual but I menaged to squeeze in a half an hour walk. So I'm back on track.3 -

Yes x3. Lower body strength workout. My husband started on MFP today. And he decided to cut back on sugar for the week. He does this every now and then to break the habit of turning to sweets and treats for snacks. I usually join him because I’ve got quite a sweet tooth... it’s amazing how many extra calories I have when I’m not logging chocolate several times a day!5
