Quiet day. Spent most of the day building a new race FPV quad (almost ready to fly now). Too warm to walk (despite nice weather).

Pass day # 2&3 for yesterday and today so am out of winners circle already doh! But will keep going, am on a break from work for a few days

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! And it was ugly. Totally ran off the rails. But what did I learn? That some friends, though FUN to be around, are toxic to my health. Totally fouled up this day starting at 4:30PM and didn't stop til' I ran aground around 9:30PM. WoW! So...this is a PASS day. And tomorrow I've got to move for a few hours to make up for the devastation I allowed (and participated in) to occur. Let the madness end!6 -

#2 pass day but a fantastic 90th birthday party for my dad. All 3 of us kids, all 4 of his grandkids, friends, good food, music, and carrying on. I haven't eaten this much in one day in months! I took a good long walk all over hills and I'm not worried. A good day!7

I have two granddaughters with me for the weekend. It is delightful!!
Saturday is usually my biggest workout day. I felt very good today and decided to push myself.
Exercise: 25 minutes of active stretching; then 60 minutes of cardio (jump rope intervals) and strength (push-pull exercises and rowing)
Calories: under by a nice margin

No to all, which is rare but I am back to normal.
Breakfast was good: coffee with friends
Lunch was good: ate at home (440kcal), watched A Wrinkle in Time and Sam’s Club healthy grocery shopping with family
Dinner... way over my limit!!! I had a good time with friends at the buffet, need to go somewhere else in future (not buffet, as I don’t have that kind of self control yet). Using this spring break to deep clean the house so we can have people over instead of eating out.
Skipping breakfast (don’t usually eat it anyway as I don’t feel hungry in the morning, but I will eat when I do) and going to have a very light lunch...

Exercise great, over 2 hours , 15246 steps.
But calories over, due to the good wine.
Tracking was pretty complete, enough to document too many calories.
We did produce a new, nutritious mini muffin yesterday. Pumpkin based dough, with one whole red grapefruit blended in, skin and all, with ginger. Unusual but delicious taste!!
