I survived Week 5, Day 3!!!

It’s taken me about 10 weeks to finally get here, but I did it! And I didn’t feel like I was going to die! I only covered 1.75 miles, not the 2 the program expected, but I’m ecstatic. And I’m choosing to place part of the blame on my 26” inseam. Lol.

I feel like I can do anything now! My “reach” goal is to run a 30 minute 5k at the end of April. I was starting to think that might be too ambitious, but maybe not.
