    Antibiotics and steroids are kicking in so feeling better - proud to have stayed on tracked whilst being poorly :)

    You did more than stay on track...that's quite a loss!! Glad to hear the meds are kicking in. Stay hydrated and take it easy getting back into your normal routine.

    I'm always good with water so I'm pretty lucky, don't expect anywhere near as much for the rest of the month but I'll defo take it :) Probs slight muscle loss tbh as no gym for 2 weeks now

    I'm such a geek with stats though as you can see. Very personal to me but works as a great motivator

    @Tracie_Lord, that's a lot of numbers!! Keeping stats like this can be a huge motivator to see the overall downward trend, especially when there are bumps in the road. What I notice is hardly any bumps....you are so focused and determined!! Can't wait to see where this journey takes you!!
