Many thanks to the February LTL volunteers. St. Patrick's Day, more Springlike-weather and the rest of March is just around the corner. The proverbial "we" would love your help! This Living the Lifestyle (LTL) thread provides a great opportunity for us to learn from each other about how to make weight management a way of life instead of just a diet.
Please sign up to take responsibility for the LTL topic on one of the weekdays through the month of March. Especially if you have not helped out ever, or in the last few months, it would be greatly appreciated if you stepped up!
