Last night was a ROUGH one -- a lot of internal emotional turmoil these past six weeks, and it is unbelievable to me that I haven't broken my streak given how automatic daily binging had become in times like these not too long ago. I almost wrecked that last night, but I am so happy I didn't. 150 is my next mini goal, and I am really pushing to hit it.2 -

Once again my husband wants to make homemade pizza for Friday night dinner. I managed to not binge on it the last time he made them, but it is still such a binge trigger for me.0 -

I was feeling pretty lonely last night, and I REALLY, REALLY wanted to order and eat a pizza or bake and eat a pan of brownies or cookies. I powered through, but I think the main reason I didn't succumb is because I am on such a tight budget right now that I can't afford to buy any more food. I am so happy this didn't happen next week, which is when I get paid. As I am inching closer to 150 DBF, I feel like my body and mind are going through some sort of an extinction burst. I am happy to have made it this far, but last night definitely reminded me that this will be a lifelong struggle, and I am still very fragile.3
