I hope that I joined this group for the right reasons. I'm new to the group, but I'm also new to strength training. I recently started going to the gym after joining herbalife. I have been a preferred member for just over a month now and have already lost over 10 lbs, 2 inches of arms and thighs. I go to the gym, but I don't have a whale's idea of what I'm doing. I do some squats and some "upside down" push ups on a stability ball, and some crunches and then I do some of the machines for my arms and legs. (Go figure, right?)
I have no clue what to do for like my waist/hips/core to strengthen up and get rid of this fat on my body. I really just want to lose weight and tone up as I'm doing it... is that possible or am I dreaming? I'm pretty sure I got the diet down... now it's just the exercise!
