Hi Ladies,

I am looking for friends for friendly competition and motivation. I use the ipod sensor and the GPS on my phone (when I am walking) so if you are using Nike+ feel free to add me: Optimistic-Dreamer :smile:

    I'm not using Nike+ plus I'm curious about it. How does it work? What do I need to have to use it? Do you like it? I do have an iPhone so I guess that's a start ...
    I'm not sure I'd be the most challenging person to compete with - I'm recovering from a broken ankle so I can't really push it yet on the exercise.
