12 days back on the low carb train an it's hit full force. I got all the way to 5:30pm with only a protein iced coffee around midday. Thought I'd eat mla half slab of ribs and a hearty side of spicy green beans for dinner, but I got 2/3 of the way though my ribs and had to say whoa... My 12yo daughter is finishing them for me.

I bet if it had been cake and ice cream you could still be eating or at least I know I would be. Now that binging is gone with LCHF/Keto I do really get full of my WOE and have to say WHOA too.
