Slipped A Bit

I was doing well tracking my eating until today. I visited my Grandmother with my wife and kids, and, well, she is the kind who thinks no one eats enough. Then we were running late getting home, and stopped at a pizza buffet that the kids wanted to go to. I ate too much today. On the upside, I was honest with my reporting of my calories, which I know I've cheated on in the past (who am I trying to fool anyway?), and it motivated me to bike 6 miles with my wife, and hit 10,000 steps for my first time in a day! My Fitbit One has been a real motivator. Still, I was over my calories, but I did turn a bad eating day into a positive exercise day.
