Why am I so wishy washy when it comes to getting up and exercising?
New month time to buckle down and get it done.

stalled eating wise....too much processed and salty foods that i do log in but not eating healthy...lets start fresh today! Onward! Barb0

Normal Friday weigh in. Only one pound over my last reported weight! It was more than that last week, so I'll take it! I'm considering a high priced piece of travel gear and think that maybe I should only buy it when I reach my goal weight! I have plenty of time before I visit my son during his travel abroad year (Dec2019!)1

yikes! foot injury and another bad cold with fevers knocking me out of any exercise and good eating habits....even drank a sugar laden coke for first time in decades! but better....( dad hospitalized at same time so any spare time spent with him) dad home. i still have cough but ran short ways tonight with new shoes. reevaluating race goals for this year ....( lots of elder visits since Jan....almost every day off and Dad lives different city than me!) Sooooo....refocus on shorter races....continue slow weight loss....heal....enjoy time with my very old dad ( he is 97!) blessed to still have him in my life. Onward...with a limp0

I didn't make any progress in March, but I didn't backslide either! Holding steady can be considered a win, right! We had a lot of dinners out, spending time with my son before he left for boot camp. So yummy!0

1. persistent weight loss...0.5lb per week
2. no diet coke during Lent
