Hi y'all! I am brand new to this forum. I wanted to join a support group, so I could have a little extra help along my journey in Keto. Also, I know, I will need some encouragement from time-to-time. Plus, I want to be sure to have good access to recipes and ideals from others that are following this lifestyle.
