Went Over on Fast Day

Hi everyone! My plans did not go as expected today since I needed to buy a meal outside . I did OK and found a prepacked salad of 240 calories but it did put me over 500 for the day. My total calorie count is 612. What should do? Should I fit in another fast day this week? I will be heading to the gym later and will most likely burn at least 200 calories if that helps. Any suggestions are welcome!
