I woke up early worrying about work, and switched on the lap top, had few creamy coffees then raided the biscuits. Then I Started snacking on the kids sugary cereal (treat cereal for the weekend). I felt great at the time. It’s odd I could go for days ignoring these foods and not tempted. A night of little sleep and a bit of work stress.....

Note to self never work in the kitchen!
