Macros!!

To be honest I was ignoring macros
and just using MFP to check how many carbs I was having. Then thanks to 'Missnewme9211' who recommended Dr. Ken Berry, I found his you tube video, 'What the heck are macros!' Brilliant they're 3 Fat which I have to have most of , Protein which I just keep an eye on and carbs, which I limit to above ground veggies and for me 20 gr. So simple
