Getting off keto!!!!

I have been on keto for 2 weeks as im going on a trip for two weeks in 10 days and lost 10 pounds (including water weight). Im trying to lose some more weight in these days until i leave but im afraid that as soon as i start eating carbs i will gain all the weight back and even more!! Which way is the best one to avoid a huge yoyo effect??? Should i gradually add carbs three days before leaving? HELPP

    I have not experienced this yet. Are there going to be Keto Friendly food available where you are?

    I would YouTube traveling while on Keto to see what others have done.

    Try to not pig out on too much sugar and starch, and enjoy your trip! When you come back home...start back to the basics. Your body will let you know if you've pushed it too much with adding foods back to your diet you've not been consuming. So, listen to your body :o:s:(:)

    Are you leaving keto for good, or just two weeks? Either way, you WILL gain your water weight back (5-10 pounds) that is necessary for glucose to be processed. I wouldn't worry about trying to avoid that, because you won't. If you're just taking a break, I would suggest to keep carbs to a minimum if you can. But otherwise, enjoy your trip and keto on when you get back.

    Try to stick to meat and salad and non starchy veg, eggs for breakfast. I have been known to go to the supermarket and buy ham, twiggy sticks, cheese, olives from the deli just to keep me going when I’m working away from home. You will feel better if you can stick to it but if you don’t just enjoy and start again.
